The CY65P gear measuring center can measure workpieces such as spiral bevel gears, straight bevel gears, involute cylindrical gears, hobs, slotting cutters, and pointed cutters. It adopts a granite base and an integrated main - machine structure, with full- face direct - drive technology (DDR, DDL). It is equipped with a 3D digital probe and probe management system, a fully closed - loop controller with a hierarchical control concept and European 3U architecture, as well as a rich and reliable Windows - based software system.
The machine tool can automatically perform tasks such as gear alignment, tooth finding, indexing, and detection. The error variation of repeated measurements for tooth profile and tooth direction is less than 1μm.
