YKA2235 is a six - axis and six - linkage all function machine for dry and wet cutting. It can realize dry and wet processing of cycloidal equal- height teeth, arc shrinkage teeth, arc end teeth, HRH, and straight bevel teeth, as well as online chamfering.
This machine is mainly applied to gear - cutting processing in fields such as passenger vehicles, light trucks, reducers, robots, aerospace, CNC machine tools, and automated production lines. The gear - cutting accuracy reaches DIN 4 level, the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6, and it can achieve full - digital production closed - loop. The workpiece is clamped and completed at one time, with one - time backlash adjustment qualified.
