YKA2260 is a six - axis and six - linkage dry and wet cutting dual - function full - featured machine tool. It can achieve dry and wet cutting processing of cycloid equal- height teeth, circular arc contraction teeth, circular arc end teeth, HRH, straight bevel teeth, and online chamfering.
This machine tool is mainly applied to gear cutting processing in fields such as heavy trucks, light trucks, buses, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, reducers, and aerospace. The gear cutting accuracy reaches DIN 4 level, the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6, and it can realize a fully digital production cycle. Workpieces are clamped and adjusted for backlash in one - time operations.
