- CB40 Spiral Bevel Gear Vertical Cutter Build Machine is capable of adjusting CON and ARC series of tools, and taking into account the adjustment of Oerlikon's SPIRON and ARCON series of tools, which is one of the important products constituting the complete set of spiral bevel gear machining equipment.
- CB40 Spiral Bevel Gear Vertical Cutter Build Machine's linear axes (X-axis and Z-axis) are driven by linear motors and equipped with high-precision linear grating bars; the C-axis of the cutter head spindle is driven by a moment motor and equipped with high-precision angular encoders; the axes are flexible in operation and have a high degree of positioning accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy.
- The machine adopts high-precision three-dimensional digital scanning probe to realize precise and absolute measurement and fully automatic execution of tool loading and checking, and the tool loading accuracy can reach: radial土1.5 um, axial土2.5 um, tool loading repeatability is less than 1 um.
