CY60L is a five-axis three linkage CNC spiral bevel gear lappingmachine. Mainly suitable for 90° axis intersection angle spiral bevel gears and hypoid gear sub fully automatic tooth flank lapping. It can correct the trace deformation caused by processing and heat treatment, obtain high tooth flank contact precision, reduce noise and vibration, and improve transmission efficiency and service life.
Functions
- Fully automated full-face grinding of 90° axis intersection angle spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears;
- Equipped with automatic motor torque loading function;
- Uses V/H method to control contact zone adjustment;
- Equipped with double gear backlash measurement function;
- Measurement and automatic compensation of grinding side gaps;
- Inspection of workpieces (including mounting distance inspection, runout inspection, burr inspection) before gear lapping;
- Four-dimensional lapping setting (non-reverse lapping function is possible);
- Equipped with automatic gear alignment and high-speed dumping function;
- Adopts spring-loaded automatic clamping mechanism;
- Equipped with automatic door opening and closing function;
- Adopts German Siemens numerical control system;
- Equipped with self-developed HLS lapping control software for spiral bevel gears;
- Equipped with high-performance electric spindles.
