H30D is a 13-axis CNC 5-axis linkage grinding machine capable of continuous indexing and generating grinding of involute cylindrical gears. The dual-worktable interchangeable structure improves machining efficiency and saves loading and tool setting time. It features high-efficiency grinding, automatic profiling, automatic allowance distribution, automatic first-piece tool setting, and automati loading/ unloading.

The machine has a fully enclosed structure, achieving gear grinding accuracy up to DIN 2-4 and tooth surface roughness Ra0.3, meeting the high-speed and low-noise gear processing requirements for new energy vehicles.
