YK2060G is a fully CNC seven - axis (or eight- axis) five - linkage gear grinding machine. It can grind various spiral bevel gears with circular arc teeth and face arc tooth couplings by generating method or forming method. It has functions such as automatic grinding, automatic tool alignment, automatic stock distribution, and grinding wheel dressing.
The machine tool is mainly applied to the grinding of spiral bevel gears in the fields of speed reducers, railcars, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, etc. The gear grinding accuracy reaches DIN grade 5, and the tooth surface roughness reaches Ra0.6.
