YKA2060 is a full CNC eight-axis five-linkage gear grinding machine. It can perform generating method or forming method grinding for various spiral bevel gears and face arc tooth couplings with circular arc teeth. It is equipped with functions such as automatic grinding, automatic tool setting, automatic allowance distribution, and grinding wheel dressing.
The machine tool is mainly applied to high- precision gear grinding in fields such as heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and speed reducers. The gear grinding accuracy can reach up to DIN 2 level, the tooth surface roughness reaches Ra0.2, and the batch processing performance meets the market demand for gear grinding across the entire industrial chain.
