CY15G is a seven- axis five - linkage gear grinding machine. It can perform generating grinding on various spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears with circular arc shrinkage teeth. It has functions such as automatic grinding, automatic tool setting, automatic stock distribution, and grinding wheel dressing.
This machine tool is mainly applied to the grinding processing of small - module spiral bevel gears in fields like robots, electric tools, small - scale speed reducers, and drones. The gear grinding accuracy reaches DIN4 level, and the surface roughness of the tooth surface reaches Ra0.3.
