YK2035G is a full - CNC seven - axis (or eight- axis) five - linkage gear grinding machine, which can perform generating method (seven - axis five - linkage) or forming method (eight - axis five - linkage) to grind various spiral bevel gears with circular arc teeth and face arc gear couplings. It has functions such as automatic grinding, automatic tool setting, automatic stock distribution, and grinding wheel dressing.
The machine tool is mainly applied to the grinding of spiral bevel gears in the fields of reducers, railcars, passenger cars, light trucks, etc. The gear grinding accuracy reaches DIN5 level, and the surface roughness of the tooth surface reaches Ra0.6.
