Passenger Vehicles


Spiral bevel gears are primarily used in the drive axle systems of passenger vehicles, mainly serving the functions of power steering and torque amplification. With continuously increasing performance requirements, some drive units must transmit over 300kW of torque. Consequently, bevel gears must possess excellent transmission efficiency, smooth and quiet operation characteristics, and long-term maintenance-free performance. In industrial production, ensuring consistent machining quality and shortening production cycles have become core competitiveness indicators for manufacturers. Commercial Vehicles


In commercial vehicle drive systems, spiral bevel gears are core transmission components. Commercial vehicles generally use rear-wheel drive, and the bevel gear transmission devices need to transmit maximum torques as high as 550kW. This places high demands on the strength and service life of the gears. Bevel gears must simultaneously meet the requirements of high efficiency, high structural strength, and low maintenance characteristics.
